As long as your order hasn't left our warehouse, you can request a cancellation or modification. If your order has already left our warehouse, you'll have to wait to receive it, and cancellation or modification will no longer be possible.

To find the right size, it's best to consult our size guide. If your measurements fall between sizes, consider whether you prefer a looser or tighter fit and choose the appropriate size accordingly.

For security reasons, we do not process purchases by phone as we would need to request your card payment details.

Our online store is accessible from European countries. Currently, it is only available in Spanish and we only ship to Europe.

In our online store, we don't offer exchanges as such; instead, you must return the item and place a new order. For example, if you ordered a size M garment and, after receiving it, change your mind and prefer a size S, you will need to return the size M garment and purchase the size S garment.The package you received contains a code that you must use to return it.

We strive to ensure all our products are shipped in optimal condition, but if we mistakenly send a defective item, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement immediately. This process will not incur any additional cost to you.
